SAS EVAAS have been working diligently to incorporate missing NCFE data into teacher- and principal-growth estimates. We are pleased to announce that the updated Standards 6 and 8 ratings for teachers and principals were released March 26, 2015. This memo explains which EVAAS Measures were affected by missing data, and what action steps were taken to address the issues. Posted 4.8.15
Upon NCDPI's request, EVAAS analyzed the following new and ongoing tests to determine whether they are feasible for value-add reporting. Be sure to look at pages 6-7 addressing NCFEs.
